Your clients
come back.

After every appointment, Rebookt emails your client their aftercare, checks in on them, asks for an honest review, and reminds them to rebook — timed to the day they actually came in. You approve the emails once. It runs from there.

$35/month after your trial. Set up in an afternoon. Cancel anytime.

How it works

Four steps, then it's off your plate.

No lists to import, no automations to wire up, no new app for your clients.

Step 01

Tell Rebookt what you do

Pick your industry and the services you actually offer. Rebookt fills in follow-up emails written for those services — with rebooking timed to each one's cycle.

Step 2 of 4

Which services do you offer?

Lash Full SetRebook reminder at 3 weeks
Lash FillRebook reminder at 2 weeks
Brow LaminationRebook reminder at 6 weeks
Brow Wax + TintRebook reminder at 4 weeks

Pick up to four to start. Rebookt writes the follow-up for each one.

Step 02

Read them, make them yours, publish

Change the wording, add your own tips, send yourself a test. Nothing reaches a client until you say it's good. Every reply comes back to your inbox.

Your lash aftercare for the next 48 hours

Hi Jessica — your full set looks gorgeous. A few things to protect it:

  • Keep them dry for 24 hours — no steam, no sweat.
  • Brush them out every morning with the spoolie I gave you.
  • Skip oil-based cleanser and waterproof mascara.

Step 04

Your client scans and adds themselves

They pick the service they got and enter their name and email. No app, no account, no typing on your end. From that moment the follow-up runs on its own.

What she sees after scanning

The part nobody expects

Why clients actually scan it

Ask a client to join your mailing list and they hesitate. Tell them to scan for their aftercare instructions and they scan immediately — because they genuinely want to know when they can wash their face, work out, get their hair wet, or take the wrap off.

So that's what the card promises, and that's what the first email delivers. The rebooking reminders ride along afterward, from a business the client already trusts.

Aftercare first

The first email is care information for the exact service they got. Nothing to buy, nothing to book.

Marketing never leads

The review ask and the rebooking reminder come later, after you've already been useful to them.

They opted in themselves

They typed their own email in, on their own phone, seconds after loving the result. One click stops it for good.

Meanwhile you got what you needed: a real email address for a real client, without asking anyone to "sign up."

Three things

What actually changes for you

Never chase a rebooking again

The reminder shows up when their service is wearing off — not when you finally find a free evening to text people. You stop being the one who has to remember.

Clients add themselves — you just say "scan that"

No spreadsheet, no imports, no collecting emails at the register. One sentence at checkout and they are in with the right service attached.

You approve every email before it ever sends

Read it, edit it, test it on yourself, then publish. It goes out with your business name on it, and replies come straight back to you.

The follow-up

What your client receives

Four emails, plus one optional last nudge. Every one of them is timed from the day of their actual appointment.

  1. Same day

    1. Aftercare

The care instructions for the exact service they got. This is the email they scanned for.

  2. Around day 3

    2. Check-in

"How is everything settling?" If they reply, it comes to your inbox — not to us.

  3. Once they have lived with it

    3. Honest review request

One straight ask, pointed at your review page. Everyone gets asked, not just the happy ones.

  4. When their service is wearing off

    4. Rebooking reminder

Timed to that service's cycle and linked to your existing booking page.

  5. Optional

    5. One last nudge

A single restrained reminder if they didn't book. It stops the moment they do.

RIGHT AWAY

💌From: Luxe Color Studio via Rebookt

Your color aftercare plan for this week

"Hi Jessica! Your balayage looks amazing. Here are the first 48-hour care steps so your tone stays bright and even..."

Covers wash timing, heat protection, and product guidance based on the exact service booked.

DAY 2

💬From: Luxe Color Studio via Rebookt

Quick check-in: how is your color settling?

"Just checking in. Any dryness, brassiness, or questions so far? Reply here and we can help right away."

Captures early concerns and routes replies so the stylist can step in before the experience goes sideways.

DAY 16

From: Luxe Color Studio via Rebookt

Would you mind sharing a quick review?

"If you loved your visit, a short Google review helps us more than you know. It only takes a minute."

Review request lands after clients have lived with the result and are most likely to leave detailed positive feedback.

WEEK 7

📅From: Luxe Color Studio via Rebookt

Ready for your gloss refresh?

"Most balayage clients book a toner refresh around now to keep the tone clean and shiny. Want us to hold a spot?"

Timed to common color fade timing so the reminder feels useful instead of pushy.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is this a CRM?

No. Rebookt does one job: the follow-up after the appointment. There are no pipelines to maintain and no client database to keep tidy. If you already keep notes on your clients somewhere, keep doing that — Rebookt runs beside it.

Is this spam?

No, and the order matters. The first email is the aftercare information your client asked for when they scanned your card. They type in their own email address, your business name is on every message, and one click stops the emails for good.

Do I have to write anything?

No. The emails come already written for the services you picked. Most owners change a sentence or two so it sounds like them, send themselves a test, and publish. If you would rather rewrite every word, you can.

What if I already have a booking system?

Keep it. Rebookt never touches your calendar, your prices, or your checkout. When it is time to rebook, the email sends your client straight to the booking link you already use.

Does it text my clients?

Not today. Rebookt is email only. We would rather tell you that plainly than imply a text message is going out when it is not.

What if a client already rebooked?

Mark them as rebooked and the reminders for that visit stop. Their aftercare and check-in emails are unaffected — those already did their job.

Why we built this

Real tools for people who run real work.

Craft75 builds software that makes business days lighter — not another stack to babysit. Rebookt is the follow-up tool in that line: aftercare, check-ins, honest reviews, and rebooking reminders, timed from the appointment that just happened.

Rebooking dies in the gap after the visit, not because owners need a CRM. So Rebookt does one job and stays out of your calendar, prices, and booking system. It works on its own, with the same Craft75 account you use across the family.
